At Low Sierra Tree Care we feel that it is very important to suit your every need. We do this by making ourselves available 24-hours a day. Although we offer free estimates, this does not apply if we are called out for an emergency. We understand that it is common to get more than one estimate for tree services. However, it is very difficult for us to answer your emergency needs - and if the proposal in question is not accepted during our emergency call, we will charge at-least a $250 fee for the time spent. If however, you do use our services the $250 fee will be applied toward the total cost of the job. We feel this is considerate and fair to you and Low Sierra Tree Care.
